RG-142 cable design
constructively cable RG-142 consists of:
- central conductor: monofilament made of silver-plated copper-plated steel with a diameter of 0.92 ±0.01 mm
- PTFE dielectric with a diameter of 3 ±0.05 mm
- first shielding layer: braiding of silver-plated copper with a diameter of 3.52 mm
- second shielding layer: silver-plated copper braid with a diameter of 3.95 mm
- outer protective sheath made of fluoroplastic (PTFE) with a diameter of 4.95 ±0.10 mm
