RFA 1/2″-50 cable design
Structurally, the RFA 1/2″-50 cable (feeder) consists of:
- central conductor:
- dielectric: foamed polyethylene with a diameter of 12,1 mm
- outer conductor: corrugated copper tube with a diameter of 13,9 mm.
- protective shell: black, halogen-free polyethylene, 16 mm in diameter.
A unique feature of RFA series cables is a two-layer protective sheath consisting of a hard surface layer of HDPE and a softer layer of LDPE. This design provides the best protection for all operational influences without reducing the flexibility of the cable.
In addition, the foamed dielectric has an extremely high level of expansion and a special surface layer for additional protection.

The RFA 1/2″ feeder is available in non-flammable black (suffixed BHF) and gray (suffixed GHF) colors. The non-flammable black version has additional UV protection.

1/2″ coaxial cable is widely used in GSM, DCS, CDMA, 3G WCDMA, MPT, TETRA, WiFi, WiMAX networks. The small diameter and sufficient level of flexibility allow the cable to be used for direct connection to the antenna using connectors.
