The low noise amplifier (LNA) provides a uniform gain of 2 dB (peak-to-peak) over the 3 to 6 GHz range. At 5,5 GHz, the amplifier has a typical gain of 21 dB, an OIP3 of +35,5 dBm at 56 mA, and a noise figure of 0,95 dB. The LNA can be powered from a +3,3 V to +5 V supply. DC power is supplied via the SMA output connector. The device combines a Bias Tee and an LNA with DC power supplied via the RF output port.
