Description
The BT-200 is a wideband, low-noise receiver amplifier powered by a current injector directly from the SMA connector of the bladeRF 2.0 micro. The BT-200 is a compact, low-noise amplifier that offers a significant reduction in noise figure and a significant increase in sensitivity for most applications. The bladeRF-cli and libbladeRF APIs can be used to enable and disable the injector when needed. Care must be taken to avoid current overload when powering the bladeRF 2.0 micro from the USB bus and simultaneously turning on multiple amplifiers via the current injector. If the available USB power budget is insufficient, the bladeRF 2.0 micro can be powered from an external DC source.
