Aluminum milled housing for bladeRF 2.0 micro with transport case

The CNC-milled aluminum housing is a custom-designed solution, precisely tailored to accommodate the bladeRF 2.0 micro.

The housing, made of durable and lightweight aluminum, is designed to protect the bladeRF 2.0 micro while maintaining a discreet and concise appearance. The CNC-machined housing is equipped with four light guides for the main LEDs. The kit includes four screw-in SMA extenders, allowing you to increase the length of the SMA ports.

The kit is intended for self-assembly by the user.

The kit includes:

• 1x CNC-machined aluminum housing: High-quality housing for the bladeRF 2.0 micro.
• 1x Carrying Bag: A cushioned bag that holds the bladeRF 2.0 micro in its CNC-machined housing, as well as several accessories in an elastic pocket.
• 8x Black Feet: Sturdy and adhesive-coated, these black feet provide balance and stability to the case. 4 spares included.
• 4x Light Guides: Four light guides that transmit LED indications from the board, contributing to overall visibility and ease of operation. They must be installed manually.
• 3x SMA-UFL cables: These cables provide a reliable, low-loss RF connection for REFCLK, CLKIN, and CLKOUT on the bladeRF 2.0 micro.
• 4x SMA extension cables: SMA extension cables are included, they need to be connected to the bladeRF 2.0 micro before installation. Make sure the connection is tight.
• 1x Gray Thermal Pad (30mm x 30mm): High-performance thermal pad (2,2W/mK) that improves heat dissipation from under the bladeRF 2.0 micro FPGA.
• 1x Purple Thermal Pad (15mm x 15mm): This thermal pad (4,5W/m·K) provides effective thermal contact between the bottom of the RF transceiver and the AD9361, facilitating efficient heat dissipation.
• 5x 18-8 passivated stainless steel flat head Phillips head screws (M2,5 x 0,45 mm thread, 4 mm length) (92000A102): Stainless steel screws used to secure the bladeRF 2.0 micro to the bottom of the case.
• 5x 18-8 passivated stainless steel flat head Phillips head screws (thread M2,5 x 0,45 mm, length 10 mm) (92000A106): Stainless steel screws used to securely fasten the top and bottom of the case.
